After Bass Pro, we went right next door to Gillette Stadium for the New England Revolution Game. Free Parking - YAY!!!! This is a great place to take kids. We didn't know how it would be. Rhinos games are one thing, but we've been to football games at football stadiums and if you've been...well...you know. There were all different types of bounce houses that were soccer themed, face painting for kids, a place to make a poster. Lots and lots food vendors. The stadium itself is great. There are two giant screens, one on each each end. There is also this really cool huge replica of a light house with a tv projection inside that turns into a flag or an advertisement.
The game was great! New England won!!! Kids had a great time cheering and watching the "stampede" of "the fort" cheering section right behind the goal. They ate junk food and bought souvenirs, always the highlight. Oh, there are 5 men dressed as minutemen that shoot off muskets in celebration whenever a home goal is scored. About makes you jump out of your seat!
