Update on the Ladies (hopefully they are ladies)

We have had the chicks and ducks for a few weeks now and they are getting so big. Everyone said that they would grow fast, but really, how fast can they grow? I mean people say that about kids all the time. "Enjoy them now because they grow up way too fast." Well kids don't exactly grow this fast.
The ducks are amazing. They used to be these tiny fluffy yellow and black birds that you could grab with one hand. Now they are quite the armful and are getting feathers. They actually make a quack noise now and are getting way more noticeable. We are starting to learn why animals are named what they are. Every time you go to grab a duck, it ducks away. And the chickens really do play chicken running full force at each other and running over each other all the time. They also get all crazy when you go in to reach one and act like the giant hand reaching in to grab them is a really scary thing. I may be scared of Tatum trying to grab me too, if I saw coming at me :)
Oh, we are such proud parents of them. The chicks are turning into chickens daily. Every day that we go out to see them, they get bigger. I really think someone is feeding them supergrow while we sleep.
