
I discovered this really good Sweet Italian Dressing made by Marzetti. (It's natural and gluten-free), if that is important to you. Oh, one important note: it is found in the refrigerated dressing section of the supermarket, usually near the lettuce.
1 box (16 ounces) of the spiral pasta
sharp or regular cheddar cheese cut into small pieces
cherry tomatoes, cut in half
red, green, or yellow pepper, chopped
pepperoni, cut into smaller pieces
You could also add carrot, olives, onions, or cucumber, etc.
Cook, drain, and cool the pasta. Then just combine all the ingredients right in the big pot that I cooked the noodles in. I used the entire bottle of dressing, but you can see what you think. Sometimes when pasta salad sits, it soaks up a lot of the dressing.
