We did it - we made jam - all by ourselves!!!! Dave and I made blackberry jam from the blackberries in our backyard. We really had no choice because they were overtaking our refrigerator and we running out of recipes to put them in. So....we made jam and it is GOOD!!! (if we may say so ourselves.) The first batch took a little while, but the second and third went great. Yep, you heard me right. We made three batches. Probably could have made more, but we didn't get back out to pick more.
