School has started

Yesterday was Syd's first day of school and Tatum had her 2 hour Kindergarten orientation. We dropped Syd off to school after hanging out and eating breakfast together. Then it was on to Tatum's new classroom. We met her teacher, put her supplies away, looked around the room, and did a tour of the school complete with finding her bus. What a big day. Both girls love their teachers and have had a great start this year.








Today was Tatum's first full real day of kindergarten and was she excited - oh my!!! She popped right out of bed this morning with smiles. If you know Tatum, this is slightly different from the way she normally wakes up :-) I dropped both ladies off to daycare to have breakfast and then just before their buses were to arrived I went down to daycare to see them get on the bus. You will notice that there are not pictures of Syd getting on the bus. Evidently that is against fifth grade rules......hmmmm. Who is this child? I did manage some pictures before walking into daycare when there weren't any other kids around. We wouldn't want anyone to see that her mother actually loves her and even worse....likes to take her picture.





Anyway, Tatum was more than happy to see me and pose for all my pictures. There are a few short videos also. I had to keep stopping so I could get another snapshot.
